- Customer liaison and relationship management within the designer maker client companies. Client introduction to Centre and provision of support and guidance, initial identification of assistance required, support and dissemination of business development opportunities for and on behalf of clients.

Ann-Marie Carey- Research Fellow (Lasers)
- Works in collaboration with client companies to provide laser marking and laser spot welding consultancy and application solutions and advice. Investigates and pursues research opportunities through research councils and funding bodies.

Dawn Meaden-Johnson- Short Course Co-ordinator
- Responsible for planning and administration of School of Jewellery annual short course programme and bespoke courses for companies or individuals.

Frank Cooper- Technical Manager
- Oversees all technology based functions within the Centre, and technical work tasks. Stays abreast of new developments and research within allied fields, investigates potential for technology transfer. Maintains and develops a good working relationship with technology suppliers, and facilitates near market technology based research projects.

Gay Penfold- Centre Manager
- Overall management of the Centre, all projects and the team, including delivery management of business/industry assist related projects and consultancies utilising the expertise and specialist skills of a team of 14. Management of all training programmes. Lead Academic on Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programmes, research on commercial aspects of innovation.

Ian Nelson- Casting Technician
- Works in collaboration with client companies and other team members to produce cast prototypes, master models, and master patterns for the casting process. Conducts close to market research and development to support these processes.
